1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and hii77 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the hii77 website located at https://hii77.net and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Service ").

By accessing the hii77 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hii77 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with hii77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this document and form part of the binding agreement between you and hii77.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

hii77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, hii77 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms regularly. Continued use of the Service after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall take precedence in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the hii77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the criteria listed below to create an account and participate in any game or wagering activity on hii77.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. hii77 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. Age verification checks are conducted at account registration and may be repeated at any time during your account's active period.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing hii77 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of hii77 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence.
• Personal Use: You must be registering and using the account for your own personal entertainment only, and not on behalf of any third party, business, organisation, or syndicate.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary restriction placed on your account on hii77 or on any related platform.

2.1 Age Verification Process

hii77 employs both automated and manual age verification procedures. Upon registration, you will be required to declare your date of birth. hii77 may, at any time, request documentary proof of age in the form of a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Accounts that fail age verification will be suspended immediately, and any funds deposited by a verified minor will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any amounts won using the Platform.

3 Account Registration & Security

To use hii77's wagering and gaming services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one account on hii77. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same or different personal information — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hii77 will close all secondary accounts and may close the primary account at its discretion. Balances held across duplicate accounts will be subject to review and may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hii77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. hii77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify hii77 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting [email protected].

3.3 Account Security Features

hii77 offers SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended. hii77 also operates continuous session monitoring to detect unusual login patterns, including logins from unfamiliar device types or geographic locations. Suspicious session events will trigger an additional verification prompt before account access is granted.

3.4 Accurate Account Information

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment method, or residential address change, you must update your account profile promptly. Outdated information may result in delayed withdrawals, missed communications, or account suspension during the KYC verification process.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

hii77 operates a fully localised cashier for Bangladeshi players. All monetary amounts on the platform are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — mobile financial service operated by BRAC Bank
• Nagad — digital financial service operated by the Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — mobile banking service operated by Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — mobile financial service by UCB

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on hii77 is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer minimums may differ and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. hii77 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Deposits are credited to your hii77 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status and applicable wagering requirement completion. hii77 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawal requests that trigger a KYC review may take additional time to process. hii77 does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. hii77 may apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing 30 days' advance written notice to the registered email address. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a standard identity verification step.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on hii77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hii77 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied; amounts deposited in BDT are held and returned in BDT.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hii77 offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds are held in a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable. Wagering requirements must typically be completed within a defined timeframe stated in the promotion terms; unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes fraudulent behaviour and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

5.3 hii77's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

hii77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. In the event that a bonus was credited in error or as a result of a technical malfunction, hii77 reserves the right to reclaim that bonus and any winnings derived from it, regardless of whether the error was immediately apparent to the player.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using hii77, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hii77 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age or are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-assisted mechanism to interact with games, odds, or any other feature of the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions to accumulate funds or place wagers that would not otherwise be possible.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity that facilitates the concealment of the true origin of funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hii77 staff, customer support agents, or other users of the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account, compromise hii77's security infrastructure, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions or account-level restrictions placed on your account.

hii77 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

hii77 may suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, for reasons including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected money laundering, confirmed underage access, or receipt of a valid court order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your hii77 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, hii77 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided that all wagering requirements on active bonus funds have been met and your KYC status is verified. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a structured break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through hii77's Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed and no new deposits, wagers, or promotional opt-ins can be made. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irrevocable. 7.3 Consequences of Breach-Driven Closure

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, hii77 reserves the right to withhold the remaining account balance in full, pending investigation. Where fraudulent funds or bonus abuse is confirmed, the relevant amounts will be forfeited. hii77 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player's registered email address.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hii77 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the hii77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from sporting event outcomes, game results, or odds movements.
• Technical outages, server downtime, or connectivity interruptions that prevent access to the platform during live events or time-sensitive wagering windows.
• Losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where hii77 has fulfilled its security obligations and the breach resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors in game software attributable to third-party game providers, subject to hii77's obligations to remedy or escalate such errors promptly upon becoming aware of them.
• Changes in applicable law that restrict or prohibit your use of the platform.

8.1 Platform Availability

hii77 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond hii77's reasonable control (including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or force majeure events) may cause temporary service interruptions. hii77 will communicate planned maintenance periods to registered players in advance where reasonably practicable.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games on the hii77 platform are provided by independent third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others. While hii77 only hosts games from providers whose RNG systems have been independently tested, hii77 does not warrant the uninterrupted operation of any specific game title and is not responsible for the software or infrastructure of third-party providers beyond its reasonable control.

8.3 Responsible Use Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent financial risk, that past results do not predict future outcomes, and that hii77 is an entertainment platform and not a source of income. hii77 strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.
